How we price
Plainly stated.
Bring your company profile to a walkthrough — headcount, entities,
departments, and which modules you’d switch on first. You leave with
a written quote: the edition, implementation scope, and any services,
itemized.
- Never per seat, metered
- The product does not count seats at runtime, so we do not bill that way. Editions are sized by staff band, entities, and the modules you enable — a busy month never changes your bill.
- Annual saves 15%
- Annual billing is exactly 15% below twelve monthly payments, with price protection for the term.
- Implementation is one-time
- Starter is a flat $2,500. Multi-department rollouts are scoped in writing from $9,000; Enterprise is quoted per group.
- Staff bands, not seat meters
- Each edition licenses a band of staff accounts — 25 on Starter, 250 on Business, quoted at Enterprise, unlimited on Enterprise Plus. It is a contract term, not a shut-off: outgrow your band and we move you up a tier at renewal, we do not lock your people out mid-shift.
- Spread the implementation
- Pay it upfront, or across 12 or 24 monthly installments — the term available to you depends on the contract you sign. Starter works out to $208/month over 12, or $104/month over 24.
- Grow module by module
- The permission matrix doubles as licensing — start with the commercial spine and switch on inventory, finance, or payroll when each team is ready.
- Security is never an upsell
- MFA, role-based permissions, the tamper-evident audit trail, document virus scanning, and the REST API are in every edition.
- The AI is included, not metered
- The copilot computes answers from your own database. There are no per-question credits, because there is no third-party model bill to pass on.
- Your data, regardless
- Your workspace exports in full, on request, at any time. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
